Project Scope and Summary

Design and construct a new residence hall to replace beds lost with Courson/ Muzzall. The selected site is at the Northwest corner of Dean Nicholson Blvd. and Alder.

Status

Architect/ Engineer has been selected. Design Development phase in progress and expected to be complete by December 2007. Construction documents are expected to be complete for April 2008 bidding. Occupancy is expected for Fall 2009.
