The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) Program provides information on college admissions to qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of post-secondary education. We provide information on college admissions and financial funding. Our target population is low-income and potential first-generation college students. Our goal is to increase the number of adult participants who enroll in post-secondary institutions.

We are funded 100% by the U.S. Department of Education Federal TRIO Programs.
