Poem to the Dead

Minute is just mirror of the minute
and you are the content only,
left alone naked,
the restless veil is off:
the altering movement.

Here you must assume yourself,
here the wind must not swing
rags above your eternal truth.
You will be left stone hard forever
and closed, just like damnation.

Vers a Halotthoz

A perc a percnek tükre csak
és tartalmuk csakis te vagy,
magadra hagyva meztelen, -
lehullt a hyugtalan lepel:
a megmásító mozdulat.

Itt vállanod kell önmagad,
itt nem lÓbálhat rongyokat
örök valód fölött a szél.
Maradsz örökre kkemény
s lezárt, akár a kárhozat.
