A Walk to Safeway

I walked to Safeway the other night,
Being tired of my coffee jitters
Hearing that tea soothes the nerves,
I thought it would be a fine substitute.
There were teas to
Tame tension,
Relieve stress,
Renew energy,
Even cure the common cold,
But there was no tea to
Mend a heart,
Or heal a soul,
Nothing to cure what ails me.
So I bought a box of green tea
And went home.
