Waiver Information

A Pre-Autumn Waiver Request Form may be submitted only by students who (1) have had two years of documentable paid work as a paraprofessional/instructional assistant or (2) have completed a course in high school entitled Careers in Education or Teaching Academy. No other experiences will be considered for waivers of Pre-Autumn. Waivers are not granted automatically, and students must follow established procedures and deadlines for requesting a waiver. Students must schedule an interview, either in person or via telephone, with the Director of Field Experiences in order to receive a Pre-Autumn Waiver Request Form. Contact (509) 963-3412 to speak with the Director and/or to schedule an interview.
