Residency Program Administrator (Special Education) Certificate Candidates seeking the residency program administrator's credential through Central Washington University must complete the following courses. As a prerequisite to certification, they must possess a Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited college/university and hold a valid initial or continuing teacher or educational staff associate certificate.
