To share your documents with members outside of the LiveText community, you must create a Visitor's Pass. Once you assign a document (or several documents) to a Visitor's Pass, you can share your Visitor's Pass with prospective employers and other individuals. Remember, you can assign several documents to one Visitor's Pass, and you can share a single Visitor's Pass with as many people as you wish. This guide will help you understand how to create a Visitor's Pass and share your documents with visitors.
Creating a Visitor's Pass:
- From within the MyDesk workspace, click the Visitors link

- Click the create button.
- Enter a Title and optional Description.

- Click the save button to create your visitor's pass.
- Once you have created a Visitor's Pass, you can assign documents to that pass and share the pass with anyone you choose.

Assigning a Document to a Visitor's Pass
- From MyDesk, click the title of the document you wish to share with a visitor.


- Set the access level to shared.

- Under the Visitors Section, choose the desired Visitor's Pass title from the drop down menu.
- Click the Finish link.
Once you've assigned a document (or several documents) with a Visitor's Pass, all you have to do is provide your visitors with the Visitor's Pass code, and they will be able to access your document from the LiveText edu solutions home page.
