View an Assessment
There are two options to view an assessment, from the dashboard and from the reviews tab.
From the Dashboard:
- Locate the assignment for which you wish to review your grades. If the assignment is yellow with the words “Awaiting Assessment,” this assignment has not yet been graded by your professor or the assessment has not been published for you viewing. You can view your latest submission, or check back later for your grade.
- If the assignment is green with the words “Assessment Published,” it has been graded. Click the green [View Assessment] button. This will take you to the current assignment’s submissions page.
- On the submissions page, you will see the date your assignment was graded.
- By clicking on the rubrics tab, you can view the grade given to your assignment by your professor using the selected rubric.
- You can also find any general comments or letter grades your teacher may have assigned under the “Grade/Comments” tab. (Note: This is an optional you’re your professor may choose not to take. If this area is blank, don’t fret. It’s very likely your professor just chose not to fill it in.)

From the Reviews Tab:
- Click the “Reviews” tab. This will take you to your Reviews page.
- Click the tab corresponding to “Sent” reviews. This brings up a list of all documents sent for review.
- Locate the porfolio you wish to check the status of. Graded portfolios show a small clipboard and checkmark”” icon when graded. No icon means the document has not been reviewed. A clipboard with no checkmarks means the review has been started, but not completed or published.
- To view grades, click on the name of the portfolio. This will take you into your document to view any comments or grades for that document.
- Click the “View Assessment” button. This will show you your grade and any general comments on this document. Specific comments on specific sections will be noted with a higlighted blue section in the table of contents (not pictured).
