The Center for Disability Services, at Central Washington University, is a resource not just for students but faculty and staff as well. The Center for Disability Services facilitates the request process for students and employees with disabilities, acts as a campus resource for staff working with individuals with disabilities, and ensures the university remains in compliance with the federal and state disability laws. Some ways this effects faculty and staff are; act as a resource for faculty making academic adjustments in classes, and supervisors working on an accommodation plan with employees.
