Jonina Celia CampbellUpdated 2007 Comments: Completed the DI last May and attained my RD over the summer. I am now a graduate student of the European Public Health School attaining two MPHs through the University of Sheffield in Public Health Policy and a specialization MPH from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. For the next two years I am taking courses with 40 other students from 26 different countries and collaborating during the summers at the University of Krakow Poland and University in Rennes, France discussing and learning International Public Health Policy. Food Science & Nutrition Comments: Since graduating from CWU in 2006, I worked in the R&D/QA Dept. at Starbucks Corporate Headquarters in Seattle, WA. I was involved in beverage nutrition analysis using the Genesis software, as well as a variety of tasks relating to global quality assurance. In September 2007, I began a Master's program in Dairy Products Technology at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California. I am a Graduate Research Assistant at the Cal Poly Dairy Products Technology Center. The research being done here is very interesting. For information, go to www.dptc.calpoly.edu. Living on the central coast of California is great--it's one of the most beautiful places I've been. I plan to finish my M.S. in 2009, and possibly continue on for a PhD. Monica ColganUpdated 2008 Comments: Hi! I'm currently deployed in Tallil Iraq. I'm working as the Maintenance Control Officer for the Brigade. I'll be here for 12-15 months. I'm getting tons of leadership and management experience. Doing lots of races, including training for the Army Tallil 10 Miler in October. I'm engaged and plan on tying the knot with Paul when I redeploy home :D I'm also currently researching internships so if you all have any suggestions please hit me up, I appreciate it!
