I worked at Seamar Community Health Centers the 1st year after
the internship in WIC/MSS, MNT, and Substance Abuse. The next 2 yrs
I worked at WIC in San Jose, CA. Sam and I got married April '04.
We're enjoying exploring California. While at WIC I took a 9 month
course thru UC San Diego to up my skills in lactation and to better
prepare for the International Board Certified Lactation Exam (IBCLE).
I found out this past October that I passed the exam! I quickly
transitioned to inpatient lactation services at Lucile Packard.
I love my job as an IBCLC/RD. It is so rewarding working with new

120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Brighton, CO. Got married this
August and became an Auntie three days before the wedding!!
Absolutely love my job as the Manager and RD, it is definately a
DAILY challenge but well worth it for my career and the incredible
experience I have received already.
