Since my last update I ended working at Auburn Regional Medical Center and then worked two years at Harborview Medical Center. I married my husband Dan and I have now been working at CVH in Arlington for 2 years.

I've been the Dietary Director at Samaritan Hospital for almost 3 years. The hospital is nearing the end of the first phase of an expansion/remodel project which includes a new kitchen, cafeteria, and new offices for all of Dietary. We anticipate moving into our new area late in the summer of 2001.

After graduation from the CWU nutrition graduate program, I worked with Design Food Management in Yakima, WA as the Clinical Dietitian at two accounts: Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital and Summitview Manor.

Approximately one year later, I moved to Oak Ridge, TN and accepted a position with HDS Services as the Clinical Dietitian/Assistant Food Service Director. This hospital was a newly acquired account with HDS Services which translates to "Yikes!" Much work had to be done but it was all worthwhile to start from scratch.

This June, my husband and I will be moving to Davis, CA. In the next few months, I hope that I can add to my experience a job in nutritional research. We'll see...
