Please remember that to make the events we invest in successful, we request at least a 10-week lead time on event requests.
All efforts will be made to be flexible, but not all events will be adopted by the University Relations Event Planning Office.

Things to consider when requesting an event:
Does this event compliment the mission and reach the objectives of University Relations? When establishing a total budget, consider the cost of producing and mailing invitations, reserving facilities, travel, catering and marketing. If marketing is needed, Public Relations and Marketing will need to be contacted. Lead time for this department is approximately six weeks prior to date needed.
All efforts will be made to acommodate this request, but flexibility with the timeframe and scale of the event is greatly appreciated.
