Announcement!!!

Dance student Hannah Crowley will be performing her choreography at the AAPHERD conference in Ft. Worth, TX in April. She was selected to perform in the Dance Gala featuring dancers from across the United States. The selection was based on choreography and presentation. She has received a travel grant from the Undergraduate research program to present her choreography. She is performing to an original song composed by her brother William. Congratulations to Hannah for her hard work and success!!!

Spring Quarter dance classes include:

PED 119 Advanced Ballroom with a Latin emphasis (no exp. necessary)
Wed. 7-8:50 pm

and

PED 115 Tap Dance (intermediate level) for all of you hoofers. M&W 2:00-2:50

Our Mission

The mission of Orchesis Dance Company is to promote dance as a performing art and to provide opportunities for students to choreograph, learn and perform original artistic works.

Orchesis is Central Washington University's performance dance company. The dance styles emphasized within the company are Modern Dance and Jazz Dance.
