Group Chimposiums

Dar |
Special weekday group Chimposiums are conducted Monday through
Friday for prearranged student, tour, senior citizen and other
groups with 20 to 40 participants. Reservations for fewer than
20 will be considered on a case by case basis.
Group Chimposium Guidelines
- Group Chimposiums may be scheduled between 9:00 and 11:00
AM and 1:00 PM, or 2:00PM weekdays. Please allow at
least two weeks notice to reserve your group. Time
slots are subject to availability.

a Group Chimposium, which will be applied to the cost of your
tuition. You may cancel a Group Chimposium up to one-week
prior to your scheduled session for a full refund of this
fee. Refunds of the fee will not be made for cancellations
after the one-week deadline.
- Purchase orders are accepted for the cancellation fee and
for tuition fees.
- Tuition fees will be charged for all persons attending the
Chimposium.
- Chimposium tuition payment needs to be in one transaction.
Time restraints do not allow individual fees to be collected
upon arrival.
- Chimposiums are not recommended for children under six years
old.
- Arriving on time is critical to the length and quality of
your visit. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled
start of your Chimposium.
- We will mail a Group Chimposium confirmation packet to the
contact individual that contains our guidelines.
