Diversity at CWU

At CWU we welcome students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds and value the diversity of experiences, beliefs, and perspectives they bring to campus conversations. Diversity enhances the educational and co-curricular experiences of our students and prepares us all for life in the 21st century. We are proud of the growing numbers of students of color who choose CWU, the increasing numbers of women and people of color on our faculty, the quality of accommodations that our students with disabilities receive, and the involvement of our students in clubs and organizations that promote inclusion and understanding.
