Community Modeling

The following video is an example of the 3-D visualization capabilities of the CommunityViz modeling software. A short "DriveThrough" of the central business district of Roslyn has been created. The 3-D abilities of CommunityViz gives citizens and community planners the opportunity to see the visual impacts new development proposals may have on their communities. The data contained in the 3-D visualization viewer is tightly linked to the 2-D viewer in ArcView. Changes in either the will be instantaneously reflected in the other. This provides stakeholders with the ability to test development alternatives in real time and immediately observe the impacts of each.
