Taught mathematics in Germany for University of Maryland's overseas program, 1958-59 Consultant & Lecturer in Mathematics on NSF's India Program, 1968-69 Consultant to Iranian Gov't & UNESCO in Tehran,Iran, 1975 Participant in U.S. government-sponsored VIP tour to the European Community; NATO headquarters and the Belgium government in Brussels; the French government and industry & union officials in Paris; the West German government and industry & union officials in Bonn and Dusseldorff; and to the West Berlin government and industry & union officials in Berlin, 1977 Traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and SE Asia including more than 40 countries Consultant to USIA evaluating universities in India sending students to U.S.graduate schools, 1985 Consultant to NSF in Saudia Arabia on science and engineering education in the U.S., 1985 Toured Soviet Union as participant in International Seminar for members of the President's Executive Exchange Program, 1988Presented a paper at the Internat'l Conference on bicentennial of Lobachevskii's birth in Kazan, Russia., 1992 Served as Exchange Professor in Mathematics at Hertzen State University in Leningrad, Russia, 1993
