Eastside Commencement Ceremony will be split into two (2) ceremonies. The two Commencement Ceremonies will be split by colleges and held on the same day, Saturday, June 7, 2008.
Eastside Commencement Ceremony 1
will be for all graduates (undergraduates and master candidates) in the College of Education & Professional Studies and the College of Business. Graduation will be held on June 7, 9:30a.m. - 11:00a.m. at Tomlinson Stadium.

Eastside Commencement Ceremony 2
will be for all graduates (undergraduates and master candidates) in the College of Arts & Humanities, College of the Sciences, Interdisciplinary Study and Individual Study majors . Graduation will be held on June 7, 1:30p.m. - 3:00p.m. at Tomlinson Stadium.
CWU no longer holds a commencement rehearsal for the Eastside Commencement Ceremonies. Therefore, it is very important that you read through all materials that you are sent regarding graduation.
Degree candidates need to begin forming their lines at 8:45 a.m. on the East side of Nicholson Pavilion on Saturday morning for Ceremony 1, and at 12:45 p.m. for Ceremony 2. Rows A and B will sit on the North side of the field and Rows C and D will sit on the South side. Undergraduate marching lines will begin forming parallel to the field house and extend out toward the tennis courts. Details will become clearer in your graduation packets. Parking is scarce so allow plenty of time.
Master's degree candidates line up on the East side of Nicholson Pavilion - look for signs designating where your two lines begin. A staff person will assist you with your hood and order of lineup.
Arrival: Graduates should arrive at Benaroya Hall no later than 5:45 p.m. You may robe in Benaroya, Second Floor Recital Hall. Please use Benaroya Parking Garage. Graduates do no need tickets, but families and friends will need to obtain tickets from their graduate.
