2010 Faculty/Staff Commencement Information
Activity Participation Form
All faculty/staff members are encouraged to participate in the 2010 Commencement Ceremonies. If you wish to participate, please complete the electronic faculty/staff participation form located at http://www.cwu.edu/~commencement/participationform.html. Please complete and submit the online participation form by May 17, 2010.
If you plan on participating in the hooding of your master students, make sure you indicate in the area at the bottom of the electronic form who you would like to hood, and if you are planning on hooding with another faculty/staff member. (This information is important to establish a marching order and the number of chairs required). Commencement Regalia
Commencement regalia (caps, gowns, hoods) can be ordered online starting March 5 until April 7. Regalia orders made after April 7 will incur a $25.00 processing and shipping fee. Click here to order your regalia. After you complete your order from Jostens you will receive pick-up and payment information from the Wildcat Shop.
REMEMBER, ordering regalia does not confirm your participation at Commencement. You must still complete the participation form in order to have a seat at Commencement. Activity Participation Instructions
