Why a career in Supply Chain Management?The certificate program provides the opportunity for the student to gain knowledge and skills in the full spectrum of supply chain activities: supplier relationships, purchasing management, operations and inventory management, logistics and transportation, quality management, and information technology. Typical job titles include: Purchasing/Supply Manager, Procurement Manager, Materials Manager, Contracts Manager, Purchasing Agent, Senior Buyer, and Buyer/Planner. Required Courses: 20 credits
Elective Courses: 5 creditsIn addition to these 5 credits, you will also need a minimum of 5 credits from the following:
Total Credits: 25 Must achieve a 3.0 overall GPA in courses applying toward the certificate program. This program is open only to matriculating students who meet the course prerequisites. The courses in the certificate program may be used as part of the BS Business Administration program.
