Jerry Allyne is vice president of Airplane Programs Finance for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Named to this position in March 2006, Jerry is responsible for financial management of the 717, 737, 747, 767, and 777 commercial airplane programs including Fabrication, Supplier Management (Procurement) and Propulsion Systems Division.

Preceding that, Jerry was the director of Finance/CFO for the 737/757 Airplane Programs, having been assigned to that position in September 2004. Previously, Allyne held the position of director of Finance/CFO for the 777 Airplane Program and was named to that position in April 2002.

Prior to that time, Allyne was the director of Finance for Group Offices, responsible for Financial Planning, Reporting and Investor Relations. He also held the position of director of Business Resources for Aircraft Systems and Interiors. He also co-lead the Airplane Creation Process Strategy Team, which was chartered to determine how to reduce new airplane development cost and time by half.

Allyne joined The Boeing Company in 1986, as a specialist engineer supporting Boeing Electronics' automated production factory. Since that time, he has held positions in financial planning, parametric estimating and as business manager of 777-200 IGW and 777-300 programs. He began his working career in the Silicon Valley in the early '80s as an electrical engineer designing and testing microprocessors.

Allyne holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington. Allyne also completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard University.

He is married to Julie and they have three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hiking, skiing and woodworking.
