Debbie Strand

Debbie is currently the Executive Director of the Phoenix Economic Development Group, a non-profit organization formed to provide economic development services for Kittitas County. In her role as Executive Director, she works to expand and retain existing businesses and bring new businesses into the Kittitas Valley. Strand has held this position for the past four years and has worked in the economic development field for the past 10 years in Kittitas and Skagit Counties.

She is active in the community serving on numerous committees and boards. She also serves on the Washington Economic Development Association Board of Directors. Strand received the designation of Certified Economic Developer from the International Economic Development Council in 2000.
