Steve Rosselli

Steve Rosselli is Weyerhaeuser's Director of Employee Services and the leader for the company's new Employee Service Center (ESC) for HR, benefits and payroll transactions and information. The ESC provides service for all of Weyerhaeuser's 60,000 employees in the US and Canada, as well as for about 25,000 retirees in North America.

Steve has over 32 years with Weyerhaeuser. He transferred to Human Resources in 1999 after 28 years with Weyerhaeuser's Finance organization--most recently as the Director of Finance for the company's Timberlands segment. Steve has previously held accounting, planning, analytical and leadership roles in Weyerhaeuser's timberlands, pulp and paper, and corporate sectors, including several years living in the Far East.

He has a BA degree in business administration from Central Washington University (1971), specialized in accounting. He is also a CPA.

Steve is married and has three daughters and three granddaughters.
