Linda Clark-Santos

Linda Clark-Santos, Ph. D., has recently retired from her position as Senior Vice-President, Talent and Organizational Capability, at Washington Mutual. Prior to this assignment, she held similar positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, H-E-B Grocery Company, and H. J. Heinz/Ore-Ida Foods. In addition, she served as the Dean of Continuing Education at Central Washington University. Early in her career, Linda spent a number of years in public education as a school teacher and university faculty member.

At Washington Mutual, she was responsible for leadership, diversity, and university recruitment; organizational learning and development; talent management and succession planning; leadership and executive development; and human resources communication.

She holds an undergraduate degree in English from Oregon State University, a Master's degree in English and secondary education from Boise State University, and Ph.D. in educational administration from the University of Idaho.

She currently resides in Idaho.
