Ron Olstad

Ron Olstad is Managing Director for Suncadia, a Lowe Enterprises resort community located near Roslyn , WA . Suncadia is a 6,400 acre upscale Master Planned Resort community with approximately $1 billion in developer product and extensive hospitality operations. Ron is responsible for all aspects of the planning, development, construction, marketing, sales and operations of Suncadia.

Prior to joining Lowe Enterprises in his current role, Ron served as Senior Vice President- Portfolio Management for CNL Hotels, the second largest REIT owner of high end, nationally recognized resorts and hotels. His direct responsibilities included the Hotel Del Coronado , Arizona Biltmore, La Quinta Golf and Spa, The Claremont Hotel and Spa and the Grand Wailea Resort. Ron previously was with Lowe Enterprises in the capacity of Managing Director at Pointe at South Mountain , Royal Palms and Tempe Mission Palms in the Arizona marketplace for Destination Hotel and Resorts.

Prior to these Senior Executive positions, Ron enjoyed a long tenure with Westin Hotels where he served in multiple positions including VP of Sales and Marketing, Managing Director, General Manager and others.

Ron received a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and is a Certified Hotel Administrator through the American Hotel and Motel Association. Past affiliations include: served on the Board of Directors of several large metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureaus and Hotel and Motel Associations; Overlake (Seattle) Hospital and Medical Center , Vice Chairman of Board; and United Airlines Employees Credit Union, Chairman Loan Committee.
