Marne McCluskey

Marne is the Employee Resources Vice President at Horizon Air; a northwest based regional airline employing upwards of 3,700 people in over 40 cities in 7 western states and two Canadian Provinces. She is responsible for recruiting and staffing, learning and development, performance management, employee compensation, HRIS, employee relations, and employee records.

Prior to coming to Horizon Air, Marne held leadership positions in Human Resources at Starbucks Coffee Company and Alaska Airlines.

Marne has a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
