Mike Luckenbaugh

Mike is the co-founder of Chameleon Technologies, a leading Northwest technical staffing and professional services firm. A seasoned professional, Mike boasts nearly 13 years of industry experience, specifically in the executive management, sales, and recruiting sectors. He has worked with organizations that have operations throughout the United States as well as worldwide, in various roles including General Manager, Recruiting Manager, Senior Staffing Specialist, and Technical Recruiter. Prior to founding Chameleon, Mike worked at Consultis Information Technology, managing sales, recruiting, and administration teams that delivered quality focused business processes, while increasing revenue and maintaining profitability. Before that, he served as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Spherion Technology Group. Mike graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and International Business. He is actively involved in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, fundraising for events throughout the year. Mike also enjoys playing baseball, tennis, traveling, boating, collecting autographed sports memorabilia, and spending time with his family and Yellow Lab, Cowboy.
