Kelley Dobbs

As Alaska Airlines' Vice President of Human Resources Strategy, Culture & Inclusion, Kelley leads people and culture strategy for the nation's ninth-largest airline and for the regional airline Horizon Air. Dobbs oversees recruitment, training and development, executive development and succession planning, diversity and inclusion efforts, as well as employee and labor relations. She participates and provides input on high level strategy as a member of the airline's Executive Committee.

With over 20 years at the airline, Dobbs draws from diverse experience working in both line and staff positions in a broad range of functional areas, including reservations, in-flight, crew scheduling and planning, and human resources.

She received the Alaska Airlines Number One Award, in recognition of excellent leadership. The airline also presented Dobbs with the Proactive Key Award in recognition of labor relations achievements with the Association of Flight Attendants. She is on the Pacific Northwest Advisory Board for the United Negro College Fund, the Port Jobs Board of Directors, Central Washington University College of Business Advisory Board and is a mentor for first year MBA students at the University of Washington.

Dobbs earned an executive master's degree in business administration in 2005 from the University of Washington. She lives in Sammamish, WA, with her husband, Craig, and their daughters, Katie and Emily.
