Jody Carona

Since 1981, Jody Carona has been principal and owner of Health Facilities Planning and Development (HFPD), a Seattle-based firm that specializes in strategic planning, facility master plan development, feasibility/market research (including focus groups and community opinion surveys), regulatory conformance and grant writing for health and social service organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Clients include health care systems, public hospitals, non-profit community hospitals, long-term care providers, mental health agencies, home health agencies and physician groups.

Jody is currently a member of the Washington State Hospital Association, the American Hospital Association and the Medical Group Management Association. Jody has been a frequent speaker/presenter for organizations including the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts, the University of Washington School of Social Work and the Washington State Rural Health Association

Jody holds both an undergraduate and Master's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. Jody also has a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University.
