Carla Archambault

Carla is a regional director of operations in the Pacific Northwest Region for Starbucks Coffee Company. Carla leads a diverse team of district and store managers on the east side of Lake Washington and south towards the Auburn/Kent area which is comprised of 84 retail stores.

Carla has more than 27 years of experience in the hospitality/retail industry. She started her career at Jack in the Box Restaurants at the age of 16 and worked her way up to an Area Manager. She continued her career with JIB for 16 years. In 1995 she joined Starbucks Coffee Company in the management training program. She started as a Store Manager and worked her way up to the where she currently is the Regional Director of Operations.

She has provided successful leadership with some notable achievements including Restaurant Manager of the Year for JIB and District Manager of the Year in the Northwest Zone for Starbucks Coffee Co.

Carla served on the committee for the Downtown Seattle Association and led a committee planning the global leadership conference for Starbucks Coffee Company. She has served on many community committees' for Starbucks coffee and is currently serving as a regional coordinator for Champion Life Groups at Champion Centre in Bellevue .

Carla is married and has two children.
