I have a passion for most outdoor activities (you name it, I've probably tried it somewhere
between once and a whole bunch of times), and many indoor activities.
I have lived in New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Iowa, Wyoming, Illinois, Arizona, Montana,
Florida, and now Washington. I have been involved in construction education and research
for over 34 years at 7 universities and 1 U. S. Army facility. I have a family comprised
of 1 wife, 4 offspring (1 with a wife and my only grandson), 1 big yellow dog, 1 charming
cat, 1 blonde horse, and 47 goldfish. I have been seriously involved in Lions Club,
Peripatetics, Boy Scouts of America (National Jamboree Scoutmaster), Knights of St. Patrick,
and my church's governance. Finally, I have been on football (4 years with only one loss
by the home team) and basketball scoreboard crews at 2 different universities - the pros are
next!
