Dean's Message
|
Welcome to the College of Education and Professional Studies. The mission of our college is to prepare competent, enlightened citizens who will enhance their respective professions, commit themselves to socially responsible leadership, and help develop the global economy in a spirit of cooperation.
Each academic unit of the college has developed specific goals to address this mission. The faculty and staff work to ensure the quality of our programs remains high by meeting or exceeding college, institutional, state and national standards. Several programs in the college have earned national accreditation, which helps ensure that we are preparing candidates to meet not only the objectives of our college mission, but also standards of our accrediting bodies.
The College of Education and Professional Studies provides a variety of program offerings, such as flight technology, paramedics, fashion merchandising, mechanical and engineering technology, information technology, teacher preparation, and Air Force and Army ROTC programs.
