Similar to an academic transcript, the Leadership Transcript officially lists all your activities outside the classroom - student government, club/organization membership, athletics, community service, RA positions, sport clubs/intramural sports and on-campus employment.

Use your Leadership Transcript to supplement employment, graduate school, and scholarship applications, as well as document your college years.

To start your official Leadership Transcript, simply complete an entry for each activity and award you would like included. Records and official Leadership Transcript printouts may be obtained through the Center for Excellence in Leadership, Student Union room 260. This service is free to all CWU students.
