Each September, before fall quarter starts, we take off for a three-day retreat in the Cascade Mountains. Designed for incoming first-year students, the Experience Leadership Project gives new students a chance to develop a support network with CWU students, faculty, and staff; improve leadership skills; and, increase awareness of the resources available at CWU.
We have a great time going on night hikes, climbing Jacob's Ladder, flying on the Giant Swing, building teams, and so much more!!!
