DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: Vision: we will work proactively through cooperative affiliations to offer excellent comprehensive care worthy of the respect, trust, and patronage of our community.

Medical specialties on KVCH physician staff include: Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Ear, Nose, Throat, Oncology, Podiatry, and Pulmonology.

Our surgical specialties include: Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Laparoscopy, and Obstetrics/Gynecology. Plus we offer a broad range of outpatient services.

We also provide emergency care, food and nutrition services, homecare, imaging, laboratory, Family Birthing Center, pharmacy, physical rehabilitation, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and respiratory therapy.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Business offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Emergency room and other departments in the hospital are open 24 hours.

FUNDING SOURCE: Kittitas County Public Hospital District No. 1 operates KVCH with a five member elected Board of Commissioners. Revenue generated from patient services almost exclusively supports the hospital.

OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED: The KVCH Community Health Library provides health and medical information to patients, families, students, healthcare professionals and others in Kittitas County. The library has more than 500 full-text medical journals, books and videos as well as online videos, pamphlets, brochures and newsletters, and charts & models. Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. and Wednesday 11:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
