(through publicizing activities) Objective: To foster a social, academic and residential environment that supports healthy behavior. Goal: Increase public awareness of existing and new opportunities for young adults (under 21) to gather. (though publicity) Objective: To develop a publicity campaign to inform youth about the opportunities that exist. Goal: Enhance effectiveness of policies, sanctions, and consequences within and among institutions and agencies.
