Current, On-going Committees Assesses the work of the CCC through the establishment of baseline indicators (please see http://www.cwu.edu/~ccc/files/CCC_Assessment_Final_Dec06.doc.pdf) and collaborates with local programs to assess effectiveness in reducing underage and high-risk drinking.
Reviews and compares policies and sanctions and develops strategies to enhance the effectiveness of policies, sanctions, and consequences relative to violation of alcohol laws.
Neighborhood Relations Committee Develops activities and materials to educate students regarding state and local ordinances, to help students be good neighbors, and to educate landlords/property owners on their rights and responsibilities
Serves as the communications vehicle for the CCC by developing clear, consistent messages, providing the "voice" for all committees, and promoting high visibility.
An alliance that includes bar, tavern, and alcohol retail outlet owners that works to reduce alcohol product availability to minors, alcohol consumption by minors, and overservice to intoxicated individuals, and to promote consistency among alcohol licensees through involvement with the alliance.
Former, Inactive Committees Activities Committee This committee supports the identification and publicity of alcohol-free social and recreational opportunities. Mission and Vision Committee Drafted mission and vision statements.
