Goal: Advocate, support and encourage positive community norms regarding underage and high-risk drinking. (through publicizing activities)
Objective: To foster a social, academic and residential environment that supports healthy behavior.
Goal: Increase public awareness of existing and new opportunities for young adults (under 21) to gather. (though publicity)
Objective: To develop a publicity campaign to inform youth about the opportunities that exist.
Goal: Enhance effectiveness of policies, sanctions, and consequences within and among institutions and agencies. (by publicizing information on policies, sanctions, consequences, and local enforcement)
