Catering Guidelines

This order request will be initiated by sending this request.
A representative of CWU Catering will contact your department or organization to finalize the service details.
After receipt of service and invoice, direct billing inquiries to Shawn Fagalde, Telephone (509) 963-1148, Fax (509) 963-1280
There will be a minimum fee of $250.00 for off-campus events.
Menus chosen less than ten days in advance are subject to availability.
72 hours of notice is required in order to avoid a "late order fee."
