All campus departments must submit an electronic service request form with a project ID number and an authorized signature or call 963-1302 or email Palmerg@cwu.edu for more information.
Contact us early to take advantage of the maximum amount of service available for your event.
CWU Catering is not responsible for providing an event facility. It is the client's responsibility to secure an event site either in a Catering dining room or with Student Union Operations & Scheduling Services.
Typically, there will be an additional charge associated with the use of a campus facility. You may contact the Catering Office at 963-1302 or the Scheduling Center at 963-1321 to secure a facility for your event.
