What is a Connection Card?

• CWU Identification Card
• Meal Card wherever food is served on campus
• Library Card to check out books
• Use in University Store as a debit card
• Copy Card
• Access Card: to Brooklane Laundry, Brooklane Daycare, Science Building , Black Hall
• To use for laundry in Brooklane Village Laundry

***All students, faculty and staff are required to have a CWU Connection Card.

Replacing Lost Connection Card

• Report lost card to the Connection Card Office
• Card will be deactivated.
• Replace lost card in Connection Card Office
• $20 to replace the card (Kamola and Sue Lombard students: $35 to replace lost card)
• Fee may be charged to Student Account.
• Old card is invalidated as soon as new card is created and printed.

Connection Card Office

• Change meal plan during ADD/DROP PERIOD ONLY
• Remove holds on meal plans
• Answer any questions about Housing and Dining charges
• Charge campus apartment rent to Financial Aid for each quarter
• Appeal housing late charges
• Pick up Student Teaching ID badges
• ID badges for Computer Support Services, University Store, Conference and Retail Services
