2004-05 Graduate Student Scholarship/Artistic Achievement Award

The College of Arts and Humanities invites nominations for the second annual Gradate Student Scholarship/Artistic Achievement Award. The award is given annually to a graduate student in CAH recognizing a single work of scholarship or artistry deemed to be a clearly significant achievement.

Eligibility:
Nominees must be enrolled in a CAH graduate program during the 2004-05 academic year.

Nomination and Submission Process:

  • Nominations must be submitted by current full-time or part-time faculty in CAH. Individuals may not nominate themselves.
  • Nominators should fill out the attached nomination form (also available on line at the CAH website: http://www.cwu.edu/~cah/awardforms.html).
  • Nominator should attach a current resume of the nominee.
  • Nominations and supporting materials are due in the Dean's office by 5 p.m., April 11, 2005.Support materials include the nominee's resume and three copies of the work which generated the nomination (submit photographs or slides of designs and works of art; original scores and recordings for musical compositions; manuscripts or publications for written scholarship or creative works).

Awards:
The winner will receive a cash award of $150 and will be honored at the CAH Awards Banquet on May 17, 2005 , along with other honorees of the College.
