  • WebMonkey at Hotwired has all kinds of articles. You need to join Hotwired (it's free) to use it.
  • A basic tutorial in web design and a whole list of cool stuff for pages.

  • David Seigel has written one of the best books on upscale web design called Creating Killer Web Sites. You can get a lot of information at his online site.
