Pat Notter

Pat Notter was appointed to the Board of Trustees in November 2006 by Governor Chris Gregoire. Pat is a long-time community leader in the Wenatchee area serving as City Public Works Commissioner from 1994 to 2000 and chairing campaign committees for the Wenatchee School District 1989 M&O levy and 1990 Construction Bond, a superior court judicial candidate, the Link Regional Public Transportation System and the Chelan County Juvenile Justice Center. She is the past Chairwoman of the Chelan County Democrats and is currently serving as a National Committeewoman for the Washington State Democrats. Mrs. Notter has also served on the boards of United Way and the YMCA.

Pat is a past recipient of the AAUW Women of the Year Award and is the 2005 winner of the Washington State Democrats Woman of the Year Award. She and her husband, Dr. David Notter, received the 2006 Central Washington Hospital Foundation "AZ Wells Award" for community service. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1969 in the College of Architecture, Pat worked professionally in that field until 1989. She and David have two children, Katherine and Michael, and have lived in Wenatchee since 1978.
