Special/ Regular Meeting
- 03-50: The Board approved Minutes of their August 7-8, 2003.
- 03-51: The Board approved Resolution 03-08 honoring Gwen Chaplin for her service to the Board of Trustees from March 11, 1993 - September 30, 2003.
- Resolution 03-08: A resolution of the Board of Trustees of Central Washington University honoring Gwen Chaplin for her distinctive service and confers on her the title of Trustees Emerita.
- 03-52: The Board accepted the State Auditors' reports of Central Washington University Financial Statements, Central Washington University Housing and Food Services fund, and Central Washington University Athletic Department for the period of July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002.
- 03-53: The Board approved that the services and activities fees supplemental allocation for the Readership Program for the 2003-04 academic year be approved.
- 03-54: The Board, consistent with the university's management objectives from the current year, increased President Jerilyn McIntyre's annual salary 4.2 percent from $175,000 to $182,410, effective July 1, 2003. In an approved amendment to the motion Dr. McIntyre's contract was extended for another year to 2007.
- 03-55: The Board of Trustees received report items 21-29 collectively and approved action items 30-45 collectively.
