October 8, 2004 Special/ Regular Meetings

  • 04-48: Motion carried to approve the board minutes of the retreat session August 5-6, 2004, and the special meeting September 30, 2004.
  • 04-49: Motion for the Board of Trustees to approve using a portion of the available funds to raise employees to the 35 percentiles on the CUPA scale and the balance as an across-the-board distribution, effective July 1, 2004.
  • 04-50: Motion carried for the board to approve the request of President Jerilyn S. McIntyre and Chief Steve Rittereiser for defense in the civil action No. 04 2 00087 7, Camarata vs. City of Ellensburg et al., Kittitas County Superior Court.
  • 04-51: Motion that the boards of trustees receive report items 15-20 collectively, and approve action items 21-29 collectively.
