- 05-50: Motion to approve the minutes of the July 25-26, 2005 retreat and the August 23, 2005 special meeting. Motion carried.
- 05-51: Motion carried by the Board approving the sale of the Old Hospital to Bruce Magnotti for $90,000.01 with a closing date in January 2006.
- 05-52: Motion carried for the University to adopt the Central Washington University Campus Facilities Master Plan.
- 05-53: Motion carried for the Board of Trustees to receive report items 17-23 collectively and approve action items 24-30 collectively.
- 05-54: Motion carried to approve the minutes of the October 6-7, 2005 regular and special meetings.
- 05-55: The Board of Trustees carried the motion to approve the academic fee request as presented.
- 05-56: Motion carried to collectively receive report items 14-20, and approve action items 21-25 collectively.
