October 14-15, 1999 Special/Regular Meeting

  • 99-59: The Board approved Resolution 99-06, honoring Fritz Glover.
  • 99-60: The Board approved the minutes for the following dates: June 10-11, 1999, July 7, 1999, July 22, 1999, July 29-30, 1999, August 4, 1999
  • 99-61: The Board establish two committees of the Board: academic affairs & student affairs.
  • 99-62: The Board delegated authority to the vice president of business and financial affairs for the purpose of contracting consultants to execute construction for identified projects during the 1999-2001 biennium.
  • 99-63: Based on availability of funds the Board delegated authority to the VP of business affairs for the purpose of contracting high-speed internet for the residence halls.
  • 99-64: The Board received action items 26-37 collectively and approved report items 38-51 collectively.
