Special/Regular Meeting
- 04-15: The Board approved the minutes of the March 11-12, 2004 meetings.
- 04-16: The Board approved granting 2004-2005 Distinguished Professor of the University awards to Bruce Palmquist and Lisa Weyandt.
- 04-17: The Board authorized the demolition and removal of the Holmes Dining Hall.
- 04-18: The Board authorized the Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs to execute a certificate "deeming final," for purposes of SEC Rule 15c2-12, the preliminary official statement for the University's System Revenue Bonds, Series 2004.
- 04-19: The Board approved the ASCWU-BOD and CWU Student Technology Fee Contractual Agreement as submitted.
- 04-20: The Board approved the supplemental S&A allocations proposed by the S&A Committee.
- 04-21: The Board received report Items 35-42 collectively, and approved action Items 43-50 collectively.
- 04-22: The Board encouraged interested student athletes to seek club status for sports not currently part of the university's sponsored athletic program and that the role of athletics on campus and student involvement be reviewed by a presidential commission.
